Unfortunately, these are absolute junk. During the first year of ownership, we had to replace the pump impeller. That was covered under warranty, however, we had to tear it apart and fix it for ourselves. Two and a half years later there are holes that leak water into the inflation area. Even with clean filters, we constantly get "Error 90" messages. Which typically means restricted flow. The pump is now spitting out little black shavings and there is a pile of them underneath the pump discharge. In addition the heater will not stay on. But even with babysitting it, it will never get above 93°. I called the manufacturer. They told me their warranty is only for one year and that I am out of luck. They tried to sell me a new pump or an entire new spa. I told them I could not justify the $600 price tag on such poor quality. Right before covid, these used to be about $250. I thought that was worth the money for a disposable spa. During covid, I actually spent about $800. They are now down to around $550 at the time of my review. Long story short, these are garbage and you should opt for a real spa. This will give you nothing but headaches.
