I'm over 55. Barely could use my smartphone. But the ease of the nest set up, app and product was such an easy experience. The quality of the product, picture, and sounds are amazing. I think you've created a monster. I'm going out to buy more cameras to protect my home. With all that's going on in the in the world. This will make me feel at ease. Protecting my home and family with a peace of mind
The Nest Cam was very easy to set up. Took maybe 20 minutes. It's small design fits nicely on a window sill to monitor out door activity and weather at the lake. The videos are clear with great color. Can easily monitor scheduled lawn mowing and mosquito treatments.
We purchased 3 pack Nest Cam for our condo in Florida...it took us les than 30 minutes to set them up with the app help...super easy..app is very user friendly and straight forward.. Cameras have amazingly bright and clear videos..with our iPhones we can access them from anywhere..no glitches so far.. Very happy with Nest Cam..exceeded our expectations..purchased one more set for our home in CAN
I bought the Nest cam for my apartment because my ancient doggy had gone blind, and I wanted to check on her if I was out. She has since passed away and I continue to keep it up. I have had ceiling leaks in the past, and the camera allows me to check on my ceiling when I am traveling for business. the super wide lens covers my large living room, it was easy to set up also.
This is a great little camera that provides great quality. I use this to monitor the inside of my home for my pets and to see who is coming in and out. I'm able to see clearly and the notifications are a great way to keep an eye too without having to keep the app open all day. Sound quality is excellent as well. You can hear things clearly.
Have been using these for few weeks now. Love the functionality that I can talk using google home app(2-way communication). Night vision is pretty good as well and picture quality is great.
This is the third Nest camera that I have purchased and per the usual it is a good product. We purchased this indoor camera to replace our old Motorola baby monitor. The resolution, excellent night vision, and sound quality make this a worthy upgrade. The camera is very easy to install on an interior wall. It comes with the hardware needed to mount the camera pretty much anywhere. I mounted it to a wall in our son's bedroom and it was a breeze. Set-up was easy (even easier because we already routinely use the Nest app) and requires very little effort to get working. I find the Nest app very user friendly and always has worked when I needed it to. The only caveat is that sharing access to the app requires that you give full access to all account setting to anyone you share app level access with. I think this desperately needs to be fixed. (Allowing the owner account to give limited access to family level accounts). This is a very good product that I would strongly recommend for many different purposes. I work in the security field and have recommended these cameras to several people that have suffered a theft or criminal mischief.
My family and I really appreciate the ease of use that the Nest Indoor Cam gives us. Here's the review with minimal fluff: * The camera has great quality and has smooth transition between the normal and night-time mode * The Voice detection and voice response feature is super cool and easy to use (just one button to talk) * It requires almost no setup ( you have to open the box and plug it in)
Familiar face not recognized most of the time
Good but definitely not the quality of previous Nest models, unfortunate considering what you pay for them.
