Official Silicone Egg Bites Pan with Lid I own a couple different egg bite pans and use them all the time. I just received this one and found that it is larger then the other ones that I have which means I can make bigger muffin bites and egg omelets plus more. This egg bite pan has a silicone lid that can be put on the egg bite pan and put in the Instant pot and put under pressure with no problem. Which means if you order two or more of the pans they could be stacked with ease in the pressure cooker. There is no added taste from this silicone pan and lid. I made the egg bite omelet by mixing eggs – onions chopped – ham and 2 different cheeses then pour into the egg bite compartments and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes and 5 minutes natural release then doing a quick release to remove the last of the pressure. They were a hit in the house. I all so like to put left over spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce in the tray and freeze for use for later Made from BPA-free, durable silicone - Lid protects food from boiling water and Heat resistant up to 450° F Clean up is a breeze
I only have kitchenette no stove. My only option is a large air fryer oven. I baked some egg bites in this (placed on a tray) and they came out perfect for my preference. This egg bites mold is stiff enough so that it doesn't want to collapse if you want to carry it to the frig or the oven. I have not used this in my Instant Pot yet but wouldn't hesitate. I only lack a recipe for IP. Very glad I have this and the cover is a flexible, well fitting cover if needed.
Works very well. Definetely wrong times given It cooks much quicker than the instructions say. After expermenting times, I have perfect poached eggs ever time now! Great accessory for the instant pot. Theres many receipes its usefull for.

I used an overnight casserole recipe we usually only have on holidays, as it is time consuming to assemble and bake. I was able to mix the ingredients, add it to the mold and in minutes had the perfect egg bites! Please do not think these are just for eggs, you can make brownies, muffins, stuffing cups.... anything you want to cook in a mold! They are also great for jello! Was buying expensive egg bites from $tarbucks. Then I looked into the ingredients, they are not made local and full of stuff I didn't want to eat. Learned how to make my own with these and they are amazing, cheap, and healthier. You basically steam(or sous vide) them in this in your pressure cooker, be done, or finish them off in an air fryer(that's all they actually do in the store). If you make them yourself, you can customize the flavors and leave out all the crud corporate puts in to keep them from spoiling during shipping.
I ordered these to start making my own twist on egg bites for my husband for breakfast. These can be used in your InstaPot or the oven and everything cooks pretty evenly. We absolutely love them compared to the second type I ordered.
I love this option for breakfasts. Fast and easy to make ahead! Today I made my grandkids egg bites. They were just egg and cheese. After 8 minutes in the instant pot, we had fluffy egg bites. These would be great to make ahead as well! Easy clean up and kid approved!
The silicone egg bites pan with lid worked like a charm. Ya know how hard it is to peel eggs after they have boiled....well not anymore:). I just broke the egg, making sure not to disturb the yoke, and dropped down 1 egg in each little pouch. Set the pan down into the pan and let the water boil just like ya would when fixing reg hard boiled eggs. They came out perfect and no more cracking the shell. I am so excited to try this out making deviled eggs for Thanksgiving. Time saver for sure. It also has the silicone lid to put over so if you dont want to prepare the eggs then you can cover over and wait. Great idea and I'm sure there's so much more things you can make with this set up. Highly recommend!!
I received this product as a member of the walmart spark reviewer program. We have an instant pot ( have had one for a while) and my wife swears by it. So we got this silicone add on to see ho it improves our culinary output. I love that you can make egg bites for breakfast sandwiches and it doesn't take long, about 5-10 minutes, no oil, they re the perfect size and you can make a bunch. i haven't use it for brownies but i would guess that would be awesome as well. The silicone is extremely soft but quite durable, which is surprising. usually something like this is made with toughness but this is pleasant alternative. the hoels are deep so its not like you are make super tiny portions for children. A grown adult can enjoy these. I recommend
Received from spark review. This tray is made to be used with instant pot. I used mine to bake corn muffins in the oven. I tested the heat instructions and it worked! The silicone did not get hot and it baked my muffins! Next time I use it I will spray it first.. my corn muffins stick to the silicone tray. Highly recommend for purchase
