I love these carts. If you have numerous hobbies, you load each cart with the supplies for each hobby and then you can pull it out when you work on that hobby and put it away when you are done. They are easy to move, and sturdy.
Here in my machine shop, we use the Rubbermaid carts around here and love them. But I needed a narrow cart and this cart by Luxor was so much less money than the Rubbermaid carts. I decided to risk it and purchased one. It is absolutely just as good as the Rubbermaid carts we have. The 2 product lines (carts) do not have the same features. The Rubbermnaid carts have more options. But for transport, the Luxor is perfect. I included a photo of it in one of the service vans. It is perfect for our use and very heavy duty where we move motors and gearboxes often.
We use these at work all day to move big and heavy items or as a portable work top. We've used them for years so I know they're sturdy and will last. I ordered this for home to help me move around big items. Also my cats love to lay on both levels while I'm not using it.

I love this cart. I put it together in literally three minutes. There cannot be a cart on the earth that's easier to put together than this. The wheels move smooth a couple of them lock key she got to keep things in check. I'm using it literally 10 minutes after I put it together to stack wood as I processor in my shop.
Found this Luxor cart that will be perfect for a potting gardening cart. Heavy plastic so not much rusting.
Great cart. But posts pull out when you lift card to go over something.
Although it is very nice, sturdy and practical, the instructions for assembly were from a 3 shelf cart and very confusing. I am an older woman with arthritis (over 70) and have no one to assist in putting it together. After having a mini meltdown, I realized that I did, indeed, have all the necessary items. It was, in fact, simple, although a friend did pound the casters in for me. I get groceries delivered and it has been useful in getting items to the kitchen or pantry and saves me time and energy. I should have given it a 4 because of it's practicality.
Nice cart just wish the posts holding the upper tray were screwed in rather than just pushed in place. Do not lift up on the handle to go over any uneven floor surfaces otherwise the cart will fall apart as you lift the top tray off the posts! Going to either need to super glue together or screw the posts and trays to secure. Glad it's a USA made product just wish it had screws to hold together.
Wheel locks do not work I was afraid to force the bar , look like it was bending the lever. If you have to lift the cart to get over a threshold the top is lifted off the legs it makes it very sketchy (that was an easy fix I just added screws top and bottom all four legs) I like the dimensions and the materials that the card is made which seem to be substantial
