Super easy to set up. Hears up quickly Looks expensive. Love it.
This product is easy to assemble, just don't freak out when you take it out of the box and read the instructions several times before you inflate and fill. If you do that, it's EASY. I'm glad I got this. It's a wonderful after work experience, especially if you're on your feet 10-12 hours. The jets run for 20 minutes at a time for safety. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an easy to maintain hot tub. The only problem is that there is no information included for replacement parts or accessories. You have to find them for yourself.
Pros: Fits 2 adults easily, 3 if you know each other well. It holds heat well during they day. When you run the bubbles, it pulls the air from outside cooling down the hottub so that's nice. Cons: No instructions on how to deal with the filters or where to reorder. Need to know what kind of chemicals you will need too. Takes about 24 hours to warm up fully and the water needs to be changed frequently.
Disliked that the heater quit working and I sent a msg to Walmart. Walmart sent me msg and said they had sent a msg to the shipper. I still haven't heard from the shipper nor Walmart since last msg. I will be calling American Express tomorrow to dispute the charge. Today is 7-13-2023
I love the square footprint for my garage. I dislike the fact that the heater quit working even after changing filters as recommended and clean water.
DO NOT buy! We have had this hot tub in our shop since set up last December and throughout the summer never had it filled with water. We started to use it again in November and suddenly a seam in the tub has ripped and now it won't stay blown up, air leaks out! Again no sun exposure to wear it out and we have maybe used it 20 times in the less than a year we have had it!! We tried to look up the warranty and none was listed. When reaching out to Co-Z they said they couldn't help us!! I'd like to get a refund or at least a replacement!! This is not an area where we can just patch it unfortunately…..
To small. Can't find filters. Cover sucks.
This hot tub didn't get as hot that I wanted I need the address to return it I sent a message a couple of weeks ago and still haven't heard anything they won't let me return to store you need to contact me now
