[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch Benchmark built-in is a beautifully designed refrigerator that I find perfect for a small family. Because it's built for countertop depth, the interior is somewhat shallower than some models but perfectly suited for a family if 2 to 4 people.

It still looks amazing, the stainless steel is very resilient to finger prints and other markings. Having the compressor not visible from the front really makes this appliance a statement piece in our kitchen. As you open up the fridge you will notice a massive freezer with plenty of storage, and the ice cubes it produce are these nice little cubes that everyone seems to really love. The fridge itself however doesn't have the most storage, as all counter depth refrigerators, it just isn't very deep, most people shopping for counter depth should be aware of that, however, This fridge is able to make up for a lot of that with its hight. Overall, we are very happy with our Bosch built in refrigerator and our entire Bosch line of appliances.

The bins are a bit small but that is the price you pay for a french door. I like the way the freezer compartment is arranged. I love the round shape of the ice cubes. All in all we are pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great Refrigerator that is beautifully designed and appears quite sturdy and performent. I liked it's subzero feature and the way it's connected to my phone for all notifications. I was notified several times by the app about the door open which happened by chance. I would like the refrigerator door to to get opened by some push button or app for older people suffering with arthritis and have more space in it. Otherwise, its a good trustable model.
Below average product. It is a very tall refrigerator with limited storage compartments. Unless you are 6.5 feet tall, using the topmost compartment would require a 2-foot stepping stool. The installer tried to correct the condensation issue with the right door and the alignment. The problem is pervasive. It is a counter-depth unit. The builder chose this model out of desperation(?)after they could not locate another brand. Counter-depth refrigerators are a nightmare!
I am very unhappy with this refrigerator. I paid almost $8,000 extra for the option of getting this built-in from the developer of my new house ( Irvine Pacific). I hope they will agree to replace it with another brand. This unit does not have much room inside. It has bulky heavy doors. The door mounted shelves are very narrow. A lot of bottom of this refrigerator is taken up by the equipment. Very dissatisfied.
