Came used looks cheap milk frother has cheap plastic parts the knob when turning is not smooth cheaply made machine.
So sad how I waited for this in order to resume making espresso at home. When it arrived, very well-packed, it looked like things would go well. SADLY, there's "no one home" in the Quality Assurance department at this factory!!! CLEARLY, NO NE TESTED THIS DEVICE BEFORE SENDING IT OUT - NOT EVEN TO CHECK WHETHER THE PARTS FIT TOGETHER PROPERLY!!! The portafilter did not fit into the housing without wrapping my body around the ENTIRE machine (it was cold - I never used it), putting my shoulder into it, my chest against the entire machine, using my biceps
