Summer requires watering flower beds with sprinklers, which will at times cause the water to hit our exterior window glass. The hard water residue is terrible and makes window cleaning a chore. I tried a magic eraser on this difficult to remove "build-up" and it was miraculous!!! With just a simple wipe over with a wet magic eraser, all the hard water residue was removed. As much as I love Windex for window cleaning, I will be switching to a Magic Eraser for my exterior window washing. Thank you.
Well we were painting my son got some white paint on one of my setting chairs in my shop. I didn't know at the time, so the next day I seen what had happened. I grabbed a small bowl of warm water, damped the Magic Eraser with the warm water and slowly got off the paint. great product!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Made my life so much easier, cleans everything, but I was so surprised that it even cleaned the walls. I thought I was going to have to repaint since the paint is a dry paint - no gloss or satin in the finish. I was shocked to see that everywhere I wiped looked like newly painted surfaces, thanks a million!!! Please don't ever stop making this product. Fabreeze in this makes it even better.
By far the best product invented in years. I'm a librarian and I took a magic eraser to school, just for simple clean up around the sink and counters in my workroom. Well, I had a batch of paperbacks that had been marked 'discarded' with marker and the regular book cleaner sold to libraries didn't budge it at all. Then I thought of using the magic eraser (dry) and the marker just rubbed right off! Thrilled with my success, I dampened it and tried it on some sticky spots (where tape had been on a book cover) and it just rubbed right off, too. It even removed dirt and grime from the cover, as well. (Better than the 'professional' stuff.) Embolded by my success, I tackled two spots on my check out counter where pencil-chain bases had once been. They were held down by thick, circular, double- stick foam blocks that I had tried everything on. Scraping (Oops, not without gouging up the counter), Goo-gone (Didn't faze the stuff, just made it slimy), & scrubbing pads (They just skidded right over it and rearranged the slime.) However, several firm rubs with magic eraser and the slimy, circular sticky blocks rolled right off! My check out counter is, at last, free of unwanted chains! (True, the magic eraser died a noble death by shredding, but it was a worthy sacrifice.) I took another eraser to my check out counter and removed years of ink stains, smudges and grime (It's actually a light grey, not a dark grey.) You all should really consider selling your magic erasers by the 12-pack to library supply stores. I know I'd snap them up. Until then, I make do with what I can pick up at the grocery store. (And I keep well stocked at home, too.) Thank you for such a wonderful product.
I Love your magic Eraser. It is great to clean with. If you are looking for other suggestions PLEASE put your disposable pads on a mop head. I have kitchen flooring that the dirt gets in the groves and it is hard to get out. Your Magic Eraser makes it possible to get that dirt out. I used your magic eraser on my mop with a rubber band so I wouldn't have to break my back. Please consider!! Thanks Mom in Wisconsin
Seen on TV. Not sure worked. After trying this product I am very happy. On the commercial cleaning the swithch plate, thought it was unreal. I tried it for myself and found out it is real,. I then used it on my walls, my stove, and anything else I cound find. The best thing about this product is you do not have to use any elbow grease. I found that all I have to do is wipe the area and it is clean. I smoke cigarettes, and my boybriend smokes also. I have found that the eraser does a great job on smokers walls. Thank You Mr. Clean
I have used Magic Eraser when it first appeared on the market. Some hair dye splashed on my wood vanity cabinet. I first tried toothpaste which removed some of the dye. Two weeks later I remembered the Magic Eraser, and it removed it completely without harming the varnish. Thanks for a great product.
I use these instead of having to scrub tough crayon and paint marks off of my classroom tables. They work great and don't ruin my clothes like some other cleaning products! I have also discovered that the Magic Eraser is the easiest way to get slight rust spots off of my kitchen sink. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I really like this product, it is amazing . The only problem that I have with it is that it does not last as long as I would like. I clean residential and commercial for a living and it would be great if the product was made in a larger size. Just a suggestion, hope the MFG. will consider this in the future...Thanks...
we purchased these sponges at our school I figured they would work well. they did, only problem is they rip apart as you scrub, and its very very hard to wash out the dirt from the sponge...bottom line...they do clean but only once....WASTE OF MONEY VERY VERY UNSATIFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT AND YOU MUST LEAVE YOUR LIFE STORY HERE TO LEAVE A REVIEW...THEY DO THAT ON PURPOSE
