The tassels don't "fluff" up nearly as what is pictured. There was significant gap between each tassel compared to the picture no matter how much we tried to fluff them up. Still a good purchase. Just know it won't look like what it does on the package.
the streamers were so squashed we let it set for days and they still never un wrinkled or looked decent at all
