This is an amazing book! I found it several years ago for my oldest daughter. We read this book so often it started falling apart. I ordered 2 more copies recently - one for my 4 year old daughter and one for my 1 year old nephew. The colors are used to help describe feelings. Just amazing. I joy to read!
We bought this book to help our toddlers learn why their grandpa has different "color" days as he is going through cancer treatment. A big help ... they love the book and the colors/pictures.
Love love love this book especially that it's a Dr. Seuss book at that! Bought this one to add to the collection of Seuss books I'm creating for my son who just turned 1. By the 3rd day, he was already helping me turn the pages and laughing at certain emotions as I played them out. Great illustrations on everyday feelings that we all go through. Nice way to teach kids on what emotions are and that it's ok to have them....highly recommended.
The online description stated it was a hardcover book so I thought it was the full size type book with paper pages. The book I received is actually a board book. Luckily my grandson is only 2 1/2 yrs old so he will still enjoy the board book version, but I was disappointed it was not a paper page style book. The product quality is very good for the price tho if you were wanting a board book.
