I've had my Nespresso Vertuo Next for over 2 years. We've used it for three people maybe 4-6 cups of coffee a day. It's easy to set up coming out of the box. Definitely register your new machine with Nespresso. It's easy to do with Bluetooth. Once your machine is paired online Nespresso can help you solve any problems that may arise. I have had ZERO issues with my machine. There are videos to show you step by step instructions on how to clean your machine and how to descale your machine. I try to keep my machine cleaned weekly by wiping everything down including opening the top and carefully making sure everything is clear of coffee grounds and dried coffee. When we travel we always wish we had brought along our Nespresso because regular coffee just isn't good anymore. Not even bought coffee from Starbucks or Dutch Bros. Can compare. I wish the coffee was less expensive, but you get what you pay for and we will continue to pay for Nespresso coffee!
I've had this machine for 3 years now and it's still performing amazing. You can get very creative with the drinks. There are so many capsules to choose from and they're all high quality. The frother works for both hot and cold drinks. Cleaning is a bit tricky but you can always get a solution.

I received this as a birthday present from my parents and it's quite literally the best thing I've ever gotten gifted. I live alone so this is perfect for me just to make one cup of very strong coffee for myself in the mornings before I start work. I prefer the 1oz espresso pods that are super strong yet smooth and with the milk frother I have a perfect coffee shop latte right at home every day. The milk frother also has a cold foam option so I can also make iced lattes in the afternoon like I'm enjoying right now as I write this. My issue with a normal coffee machine is that it was easy for me to ruin the ratio of water and coffee grounds and sometimes if you leave it on too long it tastes a little bitter almost burnt. You never get this with a fresh nespresso cup! Delicious and perfect every time.
It's brews really fast it's also super easy to clean. It's small which is awesome because it takes up very little counter space. You can find so many pods for it so many flavor choices I use it to add to my actual coffee to give it a boost of expresso I absolutely love this little machine

Beautiful sleek modern design! You do have to wait until the water heats so it does take a few seconds. The coffee is quality and the taste of the coffee from nespresso is top notch, you can make American coffee and expresso. I find that you have to place a little pressure to close the lid (to seal)
The box was destroyed and it was a return thrown in the box. I wanted a new coffee pot not a used one
I don't have any complaint about the product, i really havent try it out, but i do have a complaint about the box that my item came in. the box that my espresso machine came on, was already opened and someone recessed it with some other king of tape. this is why im going to return it. if the box was already open before, theres no warranty for me that the product was not tamper with. sorry going back to the seller. when someone buys an item, we all want the item to arrived seal and unopened.
