[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never used an Instapot before today, and all I can say is, wow. The thing is very heavy duty, feels very well made. Just looking on the front of the machine, you can tell how many different preset modes there are but that doesn't even hit the tip of what this thing can do. I highly recommend this product, only took 10 minutes to fully cook these BBQ meatballs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. I've never used a pressure cooker, normally I do crockpot things. It took me about 30 mins to get it out and read through the instructions. I felt nervous and also watched a few YouTubes on how to operate it. I found a recipe I wanted to try, pork carnitas. I was unsure of how it would do because not being able to see the food or temp when needed was odd to me. But I put my faith in it and followed the recipe to a t. It came out fantastic 😍 super fall apart and juicy flavored well. The timing was perfect and it was super fast! The time to set up, prep my meat and get it in the insta pot, build pressure, cook then release was less than 2 hours. And for a tender fall apart pork shoulder it was great! I can't wait to try other recipes in it! Also really love the switch to do the steam it seems better than some of the others where people are using utensils to move it lol I had no issue with this machine. Super excited to make more things!! Love love love so far

I love that it won't let you open the lid until all the pressure is released. It keeps things safer that way and I love that the power cord is removable as well. I used it to make egg bites in the egg tray, but I forgot to take pictures. It was super easy to use, although I think making egg bites in it was a little bit of overkill. I can't wait to use it for a larger meal!
