I had the new Zline hood installed 2 weeks ago. Excellent product. Very nicely packed to prevent any potential shipping damage. The only suggestion I would make would be to add louvers to the upper part of the chimney extension, doing that would eliminate the need to buy the shorter/normal chimney just to get the small louvered section.
I have a 12 foot kitchen ceiling which required an extension. The extension was perfect and I did not need to use the section that came with the vent. The contractor said it was easy to install and straight forward. Looks fabulous!
Purchased this and was very happy with the quick delivery and quality of the item. We were using it to hide some vent pipe and it worked wonderfully.
I used this as the original piece that came with the hood was not long enough. The extension was a perfect fit and need no adjustments. I have used these hoods in may remodels I have done and they are top quality.
I bought a ZLine hood for my new home since my previous one served us well. Initially I was concerned because the chimney was not tall enough and the stacked option my contractor provided was not what I wanted. Luckily when I called ZLine they offered a chimney that went to the ceiling. Thank you!

Came with major scuff on front and no one has returned my calls for a replacement
Extension does not match the color of the hood vent stack. The recommended stainless steel cleaners after application did not restore the color. It appears to be two different shades of metal. This review does not reflect the customer service at Zline.
