saw as a young teenager in the 80's and loved it's downbeat futuristic visuals.a Film noir sci-fi classic as far as i'm concerned this blu-ray comes with 5 versions of the movie. loaded with extras (9 plus hours of deleted scenes, behind scenes,commentary etc.). At this price it's a no brainer people.
This is EVERYTHING you ever wanted to know about Blade Runner.All the versions of one of the really great Sci-Fi films are here...loads of interesting documentaries/behind the scene stuff/history.If you like this film it is worth every penny and more.For those who don't have a copy this is an essential as the way the film was edited changed the way it comes to a conclusion.It's even cool that the theatrical release with the narration is included.The remastering is excellent the BluRay is outstanding both in picture detail and soundtrack.One of my favorite films of all time and the price settles the deal
I purchased this on Black Friday and thought I was only ordering 1 movie. I was shocked to learn upon receiving it that there were all 4 versions of the film plus bonus features and information. It has turned out to be an awesome gift for a friend for an extremely low price.
One of my all time favorite movies and books. The Blu-ray version on an HD TV is fantastic. I seen this movie when it came out and the enhanced visual effects left me stunned, this version is breathtaking great. I own this movie on VHS, DVD and now Blu-ray, I also have the book.
Some establishing shots are much crisper and less smoggy in the Blu-ray version, which I actually thought was a detraction from the original, due to the overpolluted state of LA acting as a touchstone to establishing the grime and gloom of BLADE RUNNER's dsytopia. Overall, i'm pleased with this version but found that to be a unwelcome change

This is a MUST have for any TRUE Sci-Fi fan out there. All 5 versions of the movie are great and there are tons of extras!
one of sci-fi's greatest works for like 7 bucks. this is essentially the director's cut (no decakrd narration, for example) and i can't say i noticed many differences from that version.
If you're going to own Bladerunner, this is the version to get. It includes several versions of the film, including the rare "workprint" and some great special features. The audio and video quality via Blu Ray is unbelieveable and the best that this movie has ever looked or sounded. Get it before it's discontinued. Wal-Mart.com's delivery was quick and the item arrived in great condition.
The movie is a 10/10 perfect masterpiece - however, the item photo on walmart.com denotes the 30th Anniversary edition (with the unicorn on the cover). I received the bare-bones Final Cut edition with an entirely different cover and special features. I kept it, since I only own Blade Runner on DVD, but I was very disappointed when I opened the package and realized I didn't get the cooler / fancier version I was under the impression I had ordered. I'd recommend buying in-store to ensure you receive the right product until Walmart decides to fix the image thumbnail to reflect what they're actually selling.
