The tires came a day before they were expected. Not a big deal at all, but I received emails about each tire. As if I made 4 purchases and not one purchase of 4 tires.
This is my cars OE my service technician at the dealership said to stick with it So far I have no issues but its summer and nice weather Ill see what happens in winter 😉
I bought this to replace the rear tire on my 2015 Yamaha T Max tired of getting only 8,000 miles. and as they say once you go darkside you never go back.
Tires fine....WalMart service is very sketchy. I show up 8 minearly for 9am appoinment to get tires installed. They pull car in at 9:03. At 9:20 the lugs are loosened but tires still hanging on care when some friend of associate shows up neededing 3 tires in the back of his truck worked on. Work stops on my car and 2 of the 3 associates start working on his tires. Work resumes on my tires at 9:42. No new tires on at 1 hour mark. LR tire goes on at 10:13. All three tires are on and ready at 10:25. 3 associates inside at desk eating and watching videos on phones. Nobody in the bunch concerned with getting things done. They all acted like they were at a BBQ or something. Find this nail in new tire when getting in the car. Luckily it wasn't in deep
sidewall failure known. First tire blew out going 60 down the highway. Hopefully this new one has better structural integrity.
I'm disappointed about the poor service at Walmart's Auto Care Center. No notification was sent to me when the tire installation was done. Frontline people at the Auto Care Center do not seem to coordinate well with their system and with everyone as they do not know where my tire was.
The tire came delivered without a box. I have to double check it now to make sure everything is good because it came all dirty without any cover or casing.
These were stock tires on two new vehicles (Honda and Mazda) I bought. They give a hard, bumpy ride and are too loud that I have to turn the stereo up to hear my music. Both sets only made it to 30k miles when needed to be replaced and like I said, they came on brand new cars. They are horrible in the winter. Exit and entrance ramps on the highways are a nightmare with these in any light snow or sleet. They wear evenly but too soon and I refuse to ever put these on again as I don't feel safe with them. My tires were rotated every 7,500 miles, pressure was always correct and the alignment was fine.
Now my car makes weird noises, but I can't get anyone at Walmart to listen to me or to help. This is definitely the last time I use Walmart Auto, and I will be cancelling my Walmart Subscription. The customer service is next level terrible.
Don't buy tires from Walmart! You will never receive it nor will the Walmart store if it must be shipped from outside vendor. No one wants to take responsibility for transaction error and customer expected to deal with burden. Horrible experience still waiting on my refund or help with my missing tire that No one seems to have yet they let me pay for it and now won't refund till tire is found 🤷🏻♀️
