Easy to assemble. We were a few blocks from beach access and the cart was just perfect. Large enough to comfortably house our towels and bag within, chairs on the front and a space for an umbrella on side, which was balanced and well organized. The attached cooler was a nice addition for a day out at the beach. What really made it special was the price, which is so much cheaper than other carts online or in store. I will say that it becomes a bit cumbersome to push in deep sand, so we turned it around and pulled and that worked out fine. Would definitely recommend! Side note: It truly is not constructed to carry children or animals, which the manufacturer states.
This little cart saved my beach vacation. We stayed at a condo that did not provide luggage carts which was a big hassle. Luckily I had read reviews beforehand and found out this bit of information. That is why I purchased this cart. It is great to carry luggage, groceries, and beach stuff. You do have to put a bit of effort into it on the beach in the loose sand. It is a breeze on packed sand. Well worth the money spent!
No complaints in this one. Easy set up, just read and look at the diagram instructions pertaining to the arrangements of the wheels and washers. Used it twice already to the beautiful Santa Monica beach CA and have no problems at all. It's like pushing a baby stroller. However, upon reaching the sand, it does require a little extra effort to PULL instead of pushing while tipping it (small wheels up and large wheel down) to get to your beach spot. No big deal as this is normal. It fits my 2 beach chairs, my toddler's beach toys, large backpack, cooler, beach table, my purse and my Genji round beach tent which is hanging by the handle. It looks and feels flimsy but as for us, it has been flexible and durable. I am 5'4'' and it stands quite tall, from below my chest up to down the ground. It looks like a laundry hamper with wheels because of the netting. I love that it has an extra removeable cooler and extra cloth cup holder at one of the bottom side of the cart. Love the Turquois blue color we got. I think I prefer this over the wagon design although with the wagon I saw moms putting their sleeping toddlers there along with their things but it would be too heavy to push around. With this particular cart design which is tall, slim and with netting, it is perfect for carrying all sorts of beach stuff without having to worry if they might fall out since the net scoops it all inside. I was having second thoughts with this before buying because I initially wanted the wagon style, but I now, I have no regrets. I love it. Folding is just a tad tricky but if you practice once or twice, you'll ace it.
Wonderful!! I use it for the beach almost every day, for the pool when we have guests and we bring down snacks and drinks, I use it for hauling laundry and I even use it for bringing in groceries..... I love my cart.... a great purchase and definitely worth the price .... people ask me where I got it and I tell them Walmart ... go to Walmart ... :)
It hold lots of things. Perfect on coral sand beaches, a bit difficult on fine quartz sand.
Carried everything we needed on the beach. BEACH BAG FILLED WITH TOWELS, SUNSCREEN, UMBRELLA, EVERYONE SHOES, SNACKS & DRINKS. Was able to keep everything together in the cart while in the water and was easy to keep and eye on our stuff. When it was time to leave the beach you didn't have straps with sand scratching your shoulders having to hold your shoes and beach towel.
This works great in the sand. The key is to pull it behind you with only the big wheels touching the sand. We saw another family with one similar and they were trying to push it forward on just the big wheels and that didn't work. When your on a flat surface you push it like a stroller. It maneuvers easily and folds up nice and compact. But it's a beast when open. I'm 5'3" and the handle was at my chest, but it fits a lot and that's a plus.
I really like this. It holds a lot of stuff. It is easy to pull and push. Just need a little more muscle strength when using it on the sand, but it was not to bad, unless you are going far out on the beach. But it is worth it. Used it at parks and it took the load off of carrying chairs and umbrellas. Definitely would recommend as well as purchase another one.
I bought this item for baseball and softball games to illiminate pulling the wagon and a cooler around while it held my things this item did nothing it said it could do. It looked good and the cooler was great that is about it . It is supposed to be able to go on sand it couldn't travel on cement. The front wheels never turned and the back wheels slides instead of rolling. Save yourself I wouldn't take it if they gave it to me.
I purchased this cart for vacation. I should have known the price was too good to be true it arrived with a bent rod that goes to each tire. When we used it at beach the chairs weighed it down and you couldn't steer it. I should have returned it in the beginning but I foolishly didn't. Needless to say I left it in the garage garbage at shore.
