My boyfriend is very slender. About 5'6 and 28inch waist. It's easy for jeans to be too baggy on him and just not fit his frame well. 511s are the PERFECTTT amount fitted. Compliment his frame very well without drawing attention to how thin he is.
Bought this about 3 weeks ago and the emails and tracking to letting me know when my purchase would arrive was great! I received the jeans and they where great!
I fired downstairs in my new 511's (Pauper tint) and my girlfriend was like, “did you lose weight?” So I said I did, but I really didn't, they are just a slim jean, man. Pretty comfortable. The tapering of the lower leg makes me feel like I have very muscular calves Again, I do not. Just a slim jean. Good tho. Happy with them.
I would honestly wear 511's in whatever color they made. These are what I think of when I think of how I want a pair of jeans to fit, feel and look. They aren't skinny, because neither am I, but they aren't baggy. I don't like baggy. If you want your chick or your dude or your partner or the mailman to tell you that you have a nice butt, put it in a pair of 511's.
I ordered 2 pair & was so pleased with them that I ordered 3 more pair. I could not find them in stores & am extremely happy I could order them without going out. My husband will not go out & try them on so this works for us!!
The picture of the model is a little deceiving. The jean is really skinny and tight.
I usually wear Levis Jean size 34 but this one is very tight as if it is 33. You should order 1 size up. The dark color is ok and the fabric feel is solid. Inseam size is good.
If you size up, the jeans themselves are fine. Buying them on Warehouse sale, you're stuck. The sizes need to be consistent. I could of sized up 2 sizes.
I bought these jeans and ordered the size i always wear and when i got them they would not button up and i wear and own the exact same jeans. And these jeans i ordered where not 32x32 as they where labeled that size. I own 15 pairs of levi and 8 of them are the 511 slim fit stretch and they are 32x32 and fix great.
This is the second pair of Levis that I've purchased recently that turned out to have a zipper that won't stay up, making them unwearable. (Another pair was not defective.)
