The warming drawer is so wonderful. I can cook different things now and am able to put the things finished first in the warming drawer to keep warm before serving. Before I had this I would have to reheat in the microwave which was a pain.
The functionality of this warming drawer/slow cooker is great and well versed. We've used it for typical warming functions all the way to slow cooking for several hours. I'd highly recommend this drawer for any working kitchen. The only down side is that it doesn't have an auto shut-off (for those nights that you forget it's on).
I love this warming drawer. I've had it for a couple weeks and already use it often to proof bread or keep food warm. It makes life so much easier not having to use my oven for warming because a) sometimes it dries everything out; and b) it keeps the oven available for it's true purpose. Operating the warming drawer is very intuitive and I only needed to look at the directions to confirm functionality. Highly recommend!
This is our first time using a warming draw but it is a great addition. We all know that timing all the different dishes during dinner is difficult. Replaced double oven using oven/microwave combo. Warming drawer filled gap in cut out. Had to install a shelf Over warming oven and order heat deflector before they would install oven. Shelf added Was not flush with face of cabinet which turns out to be ok as the heat deflector fills gap between so you can't see any space. Love the look and happy with decision. We love our new warming drawer especially the proofing part. We are big bread makers. We replaced our old warming drawer when purchasing a new wall oven, microwave combination. We do have only one small item that we can't figure out. We can't figure the proofing temp and maybe how to raise it. It seems to be only 75 degrees, as per our thermometer, and it needs to be 80-85 degrees. There is no help in the manuals or online.

When I purchased this warming drawer I thought it was only a warmer. We got a bonus when we found out it was also a slow or fast cooker! Great item! It also matches our two new Kitchen Aid refrigerators, our six burner gas, double oven range & our wonderful super quiet digital dishwasher! Love them all!
We bought this warming drawer specifically for those times when you need extra cooking and heating space such as around the holidays and family gatherings. This unit has so much space and can even double as a slow cooker! Very happy with our purchase!

I have unsubscribed several times and the eMails continue to come - at least on a daily basis - sometimes more. I would be even happier with Kitchen Aid if the eMails would stop.
