We’ve only had this for less than a week, but love the look with our KitchenAid microwave. I’ve tested the oven a few times, and the stove top seems to cook evenly, with lots of choices for size to work with my cookware. Unfortunately, there is a flaw on the cooktop. This doesn’t affect the functionality of the stove, but I’m disappointed the top has to be replaced on a brand new appliance. The salesperson was very quick to get things going on the replacement, but it’s still disappointing it has to be done. Looks great with our KitchenAid microwave! (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Happy with the product and design, cleaning the stovetop is easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it's been great and I love the details of the handle
This stove provides even heat and the cook top is easy to use. The oven has many options providing maximum flexibility. Items that were baked in the oven were flavorful and crisp. It is also very attractive. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the range for a month. The oven is absolutely great. The smaller oven is for keeping warm it's not for baking at all. The glass top scratched easily. The top is also hard to clean the edge has a dip all around the edges that collect everything. Would give 5 stars if the top was made better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a couple of weeks to learn the methods because it came with a very limited guide. I had to go online to get a real Manuel. It does heat up quickly, & cleans nicely, but I wish it had a thermometer probe. I haven't tried the oven cleaner yet.
Very stylish in our new kitchen. The cook top is nice with the adjustable burners to pan size. Heats quickly. Paid up for the convection model, but not convinced it was worth it - doesn't save that much time. Bakes everything perfectly and the lowest time setting. Happy with it. I bought this range last summer after having a Jenn Air for 35 years. Really spoiled with the features of the Jenn, so I was very critical when selecting a new range. The new range doesn't fit, sticks out too far from cabinet and the height is not tall enough for my 38" high cabinet including countertop. Apparently the legs don't adjust high enough, so I am forced to either get all new countertops or put the stove up on blocks, which looks very tacky. The frame because of the bottom warming drawer isn't strong enough to hold if we braced it with 2 X 4 blocks. I am very disappointed as I have spent a lot of time and money to try to resolve this problem. As for the stove itself, I don't like the Aqua clean. Doesn't seem to clean and then to have to sponge out the water is just another reason not to purchase again. The burners are hard to detect unless turned on as the white dots aren't that helpful, actually detract from the beauty as well as the black top. Always looks dirty and for heavens sake, don't boil over as its unpleasant to clean. I would have rather had a stainless top or possibly white glass.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd appliance that was damaged upon arrival. Spent 10K for damaged goods. Looks like the range was dropped from a height of 10' while in the box. Lower frame is bent on the left front corner. No way the repairman is fixing this on site. May have other unknown damage but doesn't come with a plug, so haven't tried to start it up yet. 5 door refrigerator had issues and delivery guys dented up the side also during delivery. I have 3 more appliances that are in storage still boxed. Hoping they weren't dropped also!
Absolutely disheartened with this product. Bought this model LESS THAN A MONTH ago! Glass top around only 1 burner on the right is completely destroyed. All the black has coating has worn through. and looks horrific. I rarely use this burner bc it is meant or 'even-heat ultra' which I assume to be high heat. I also use great quality professional series All Clad pots/pans with 'clean' bottoms, and proper glass top cleaner w/sponge and scraper that came with unit. This is not my first glass top unit and have never had issues in the past such as this. The distilled water oven cleaning feature is poor at best.
