I am very happy with this product. It's durable and reliable. I already used it to bake a lasagna. It was cooked perfectly. The product is easy to use. The lid is also durable. It was easy to seal my food while transporting it. I would consider buying this product in the future.
I've been using these pans for years. If you're like me, you like to cook but you don't like scrubbing pots afterwards (especially if you don't have a dishwasher). This is the perfect size for me because I only cook for one. I use it when I cook ribs and Cornish game hen. It has enough heft that you don't have to worry about it collapsing under the weight. I don't see any warnings that advise against reusing these, so I do, just let it soak for a few minutes and wipe with a washcloth or paper towel. This actually came with 2 pans and one plastic lid, mostly just for covering food after being cooked or transporting and not to be used in the oven. I just use the extra pan as a lid while cooking.
This pan not only holds up in the oven but also holds great for dessert! We used this to make a chicken and it baked great. Kept moisture and was strong enough to hold the bird. We also used it to hold a giant banana pudding! Both were absolutely great quality and the lids are a sweet bonus! Couldn't be happier with the outcome!

I didn't realize when picking these out it was a set of 2 deep pans and 2 lids. I made a 3 pound beef roast in one and had a 24 ounces of pasta plus veggies, dressing and cheese for a gathering in the other. These held up like a champ! The lids stayed on great. They didn't sag, warp or bend even full when carrying. Sliding around a bit in the back of the car during travel and I still didn't have any spills or leaks. Even better no dishes to clean! I was so pleased I grabbed a couple for a large ham and mashed potatoes I signed up to bring for Thanksgiving. These will be perfect. I wanted to get them before they sold out during the holidays. I got a two pack of this roaster tray and I think it will come in handy around holidays. One can cook in it, serve from it, tbring food in it to the neighbors' party, store leftovers, and not for a moment worry about ever getting the tray back. Its disposable and recyclable. A sure winner in my book.
The Handi-foil roaster and baker pans with the lids. These pans are very durable . They are the perfect size for any meats or salads you put in them. They definitely make it easy to transport hot and cold food to any event. The lids are very secure but you should always handle the pans with both hands. I have actually used these pans several times by just cleaning them with a mild cloth and dish detergent and being mindful not to bend it too much. The are great for any event or occasion where your providing refreshments.
These are lifesaver when it comes to taking meals to people. My friend celebrated her 47th birthday and invited very few people including myself. I used this baker pan to hold chicken empanadas in. The lids are sturdy and I was able to transport food without spilling. It fits nicely and hold in place. Materials is thick enough to hold food in. It saved me from having to worry about working with heavy glass baking dishes. One must be careful to support the bottom when putting in or taking out of oven because it has no handles. They are a great size with lid pinches around the lip of the pan for extra protection. Thank you Spark Reviewer for the opportunity to try the product.
I will admit that I usually opt for the cheaper, store brand disposable pans. But as anyone who does this will tell you, that is not always the best choice. The Handi-Foil Cook and Carry Roaster and Baker is a very sturdy pan. I was easily able to move it to the oven to bake the batter. Moving it to the cooling rack was easy as well. There was no twisting or buckling, I wasn't afraid I would drop it because the pan was not flimsy. Best of all I did not have to use a cookie sheet under to keep it steady. The lid is a handy addition making it easy to store and transport. The best part of all is the clean up! Just toss it and done!
