These Handi-Foil 9 x 13 cake pans are a must have baking accessory! The pans are sturdy and great for treats on the go. The aluminum is non-stick and made from recycled material. I especially appreciate that these are made in the USA- that's a really important factor in my purchases, and I definitely recommend this set!
These foil pans are on the sturdy side. I often make casseroles and desserts for sick or recovering folks in our church. I like to have a few of these on hand when the need arises. The 13 x 9 size holds my casseroles perfectly. These are thicker than some other foil pans I have purchased. I love the ability to cook in them, and never have to wash the pan, or have someone worry about returning a pan to me. Perfect.
These 13" x 9" cake pans are great for take along cakes to gatherings or just to bake for home and not do dishes afterward. This will fit a full box cake or full recipe from scratch. Great for brownies or bar cookies too. They are fluted along the edge for a pretty design which would be fun if you turn your cake out onto a platter to put frosting on. These are not thick enough to reuse, I think cutting the cake would dent or punch holes in the aluminum, but great on all other areas. They are made if 100% recycled aluminum. Made in the USA.
These pans are perfect for baking cakes and other desserts. The chocolate cake with caramel that I made baked evenly and turned out beautiful and delicious. These pans are nine inches by thirteen inches so just the right size for making a one layer cake to serve or share. The pans are built sturdy enough and look nice so can used to present a yummy hostess gift when attending a function at someone's house. This product is made from 100% recycled aluminum which makes it great for the environment. They can be used and then thrown away.
These pans cooked our pumpkin cake with brown butter icing perfectly. It baked perfectly even. This cake is somewhat dense and the pans held it well. It didn't bend or buckle when carrying it from the edges. The pans held up well to our cutting the cake also, although I did just use a butter knife. I have had some that just cut along with the cakes.
I received this product, Handi-Foil Eco-Foil 9 x 13 Cake Pans, 2 Count, through the Spark Reviewer program. So, these pans were what I needed and some. I typically make macaroni and cheese in a ceramic dish but needed disposable aluminum pans for an office potluck. I have to admit that I was concerned that the macaroni would stick and burn in the pan. These pans are thick aluminum, there is no risk of tearing the melted cheese when using some lesser-quality pans. I used them for an office potluck. So now, I am thinking of using them for my family during this year's Thanksgiving dinner. They're so convenient and easy to use. I do recommend this product. These pans made clean up super easy!
I always keep a supply of foil pans on hand and I prefer the 9 x 13 cake pans because they are the most versatile. Unless you are making a deep dish lasagna, they work fine for most cakes and casseroles. They are the best when you want to give a dessert or casserole to a neighbor or friend and save everyone the hassle of getting a pan back. To test the Handi-foil pan, my daughter and I made a honeybun cake. After pouring the cake mix in the pan, my daughter enjoyed using a dinner knife to swirl in honey, brown sugar and cinnamon. The pan held up well to the knife and swirling. We baked the cake as directed. The pan was sturdy and didn't require a sheet pan underneath for stability. It baked up moist and delicious although it required a few extra minutes in the oven. We enjoyed some at home and the next morning, I took it to share with my coworkers. When it was gone, it could simply be tossed in the conference room trash. No clean up required and no dirty pan to tote home. These pans are economical and convenient and I can definitely recommend this product as something to have on hand at your home.

I tried the Handi-Foil Eco-Foil 9 x 13 Cake Pans, 2 Count. This is a standard size cake pan, thus the name. HOWEVER, you are not limited to make a cake in these pans. We used them year round for scalloped potatoes, rice-marshmallow treats, brownies, baked beans, even baked ham! We love these pans because they cook evenly, are sturdy, and disposable.
I really like these pans. Cheaper disposable pans always need support under them, these do not! They are sturdy enough to hold a double batch of green bean casserole (about 4-5 lbs of ingredients) and are the perfect size for a normal cake mix. If you need sturdy disposable pans, these are what you want!
