What I love most about this product is that it’s good (tasting) without really being sweet. All done by natural/fruit ingredients. The sugar (actual granulated sugar) added to the majority of elderberry products on the market make me not even bother. Seems kind of counterproductive. Anywho, when it comes to herbs, and plant medicine, no one does it better than Gaia anyway so I never stray. The liquid is also top notch. I toggle between both.
I bought the gummies to take before and during a trip when I was going to be on a plane and other locations where there would be lots of people in close quarters. I was hopeful they would help me stay healthy. I don’t know whether they worked or if I was just lucky, but I remained free of all nasty viruses. They taste good and I will keep using them, at least through the winter.

Black Elderberry works very well for me whenever I have chest congestion and/or the start of a cold. I love the gummies -- chew on them and follow up with a cup of water. Very effective. I also have the syrup.
This is my first time buying the Elderberry gummies, and I think they are working! People all around me have gotten sick with a Covid variant or the flu. So far, my vaccines and eating well, along with these Elderberries are keeping me well. I trust the Gaia brand and they are recommended by People's Pharmacy.
I have always used the liquid form of Gaia elderberry, but then I saw this item and jumped in to purchase it right away. It comes in a sturdy glass jar of which I like much better than plastic. The taste and the quality of the product has been perfect, but what else do you expect with the Gaia brand.

Love these elderberry gummies! Taste is great, definitely feels like a treat. Nice way to boost immunity in a fun way!
Highly recommend these gummy's. I have had a couple different brands in the past and these by far seem to be of the highest quality.They have a consistency closer to fruit leather, opposed to a candy like gummy (which in my opinion is a good thing). The fruit leather consistency speaks volumes of what it is made of. It seems that it is less processed than most other elderberry 'gummy's', staying closer to its natural form, instead of becoming like a gummy bear or something of the like.They are a little pricy, but well worth it. They are organic and come in a fantastic glass container.Again, highly recommend these gummy's over most, if not all other brands.
