You get a high quantity for value. These are good for hair. They are a grainy texture so if you arent into that then you might not like these. They taste fine.

am sad to say I'm not sure if this works or not as I only ate it a couple days before deciding I really couldn't stand the taste, the aftertaste it leaves is pretty yucky in my opinion, have just started eating biotin in tablet form, at least that won't leave such a terrible taste in my mouth 😬
