These work extremely well for me. I'm actually an adult and the dose is small so I was not expecting much, but I immediately saw a huge improvement in my digestive health. This was my first time taking a fiber supplement, so I did have some bloating/discomfort for about 7-10 days, but after that my body got used to it. I would recommend this as a first time fiber supplement for adults also. Downsides: gummies stick together and can be hard to get out of the jar, safety seal was harder to open than most safety seals.
There is no fight with my little one to get these gummies down. They are soft with a squishy texture, not a firm gummy like some others. They keep my little one regular and since using, we have not had to use any other medication to assist with bowel motions. I could not be happier with this product. Two thumbs up!

It's really good. If I'm correct, it actually is the same product as the Gummiology fiber gummies, just in a different package. That product has been out of stock recently (for a while now), but when I checked the ingredient list of this product vs that one, it was exactly the same. Also the production facility listed the same address for manufacturing as the Gummiology fiber gummies. And the amount of fiber is the same! So, I think it's just a repackaging of that product, which I loved as well.
I use these fiber gummies for my grandchildren. It's a good quality they definitely keep them regularly taking a poop. It provides them with a good source of fiber. I like the fiber in a gummy the kids take them with any lip service. I like the quality and they work .
Fiber is necessary for those who monitor their weight, and especially for those who are losing weight - without eating enough fiber it is very difficult to lose weight, a diet rich in fiber will give a much better result than a rigid diet with minimal portions, plus when digestion is normalized, the process of losing weight goes much more fun. One Vitables jelly contains 1.5 g of fiber, the manufacturer recommends giving one at a time, but I give two each, 3 g is not much, given that the daily allowance for children over 4 years old and women is about 25 g. A little, but how delicious!
My daughter needed an extra umph in her fiber! These gummies take care of all our worries in rotation with a few of our other vitamins! I really like how only one is required to be taken. She also approves of the taste as well! Definitely plan on purchasing these again!
Great taste! The fiber gummies I wanted were out of stock, so I tried these out. Even though they are for kids, I took them as an adult. They are not a laxative and will not “make you go” immediately. They taste good and I looked forward to them each time.
I have been purchasing this for my kids since it's hard to always prepare high quality fiber-rich food. They love the taste and texture. It's so affordable so it's good to use as rotation with their other gummies. I also like that it does not contain gelatin.
