I love lnstant Pots, especially for making large batches of yogurt. However, I have been having trouble lately with the unit not holding temperature causing the yogurt not to process. I purchased this one, but trying 3 different batches of yogurt th3 exact way I have done for years, this one does not hold the heat to process the milk and starter.
Product came with a huge dent on the side of it. Haven't used it yet.
Purchased refurbished with a “like new description. Arrived with the lid cracked and falling apart, not refurbished and definitely not “like new”.
It is not a good product and the rice is sticking to the bowl and air is coming all around the product
I am unable to get it to seal after the 2nd time of use.
