It has Omega 3s which is really good for the body. I love that it helps my digestive system, supports immune defenses, and promotes heart health. I take 1 white capsule every day, which is easy to swallow with water and afterwards I always feel great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really great idea for vitamins. I take a multi vitamin every day but I also take a probiotic, vitamin c and fish oil vitamin. Culturelle has the last 3 all in one! This not only saves time, but I also don't have to pay for 3 separate vitamins. The pill is not too big and it is easy to swallow. The best part is no fishy aftertaste whatsoever.

I often take probiotics to aid in immune and digestive support. I have tried many different types to powders that dissolve in your drink, to gummies, tablets, and capsules. Most capsules I have tried are difficult to swallow, thus I tend to shy away from this form of supplement. This Culturelle Pro-well capsule was very easy to swallow with no aftertaste. It was an easy way to get my daily probiotic in!

I received these for free. Decided to give it a go. Have tried many other digestive health pills in the past. First off it is different in its method over all. One capsule is all you need compared to having to take two. Its in a soft capsule, so it is easy to swallow. I felt a difference with in a week along with proper eating.
