Delivered as shown in the photo with a lower price than the usual bulk. This is my first time using Olaplex for my dry, damaged hair. Im very happy with my order. Thank you!
Only giving 3 starts because there was something spilled all over inside the package that was not the product. Everything else intact. Individually wrapped nothing spilled or leaked. The only issue was whatever was on the package.
Did make my hair really shiny and soft immediately after but also gave me contact dermatitis on my neck. Very strong and has the potential to dry your hair out.
this is not authentic olaplex products that I received! As you can see the coloring of the product is extremely light, and if you have ordered directly from the company before, thias is far from the color of the authentic olaplex REAL PRODUCTS
CAME DAMAGED DON'T BUY IT'S FAKE
This seller (My Salon Stuff) does not sell legitimate products. We purchased this product and found the QR codes removed from the label. This is a big red flag that the product is not being sold legally. Per Olaplex, "All our consumer products contain QR codes on the bottom back side. If a QR code is missing, scratched off or tampered with in any way, do not buy it as the product could be fake, expired, or diluted." Buyer beware. Spend the extra few dollars and order from a reputable seller.

This is a knock off version. I have received my order after three and half months. I scanned the QR code and apparently it is not identified by olaplex at all. I have attached the screenshot of the official website. This seller should be reported hard.
This product was counterfeit. I contacted retailer and they refused to acknowledge even after I showed pictures of their product and product from manufacturer. They would not give me my money back so I had to initiate a chargeback on my credit card.
Beware! I received a fake product. It came in poor packaging which was my first clue. After my hair started drying out, I purchased another bottle directly from olaplex. The real one was a different color and consistency. It lathered much better and I could use less product. Don't waste your money!
