I'd say 4.5 stars but I'll give 5 here. Lock works pretty good. Holding up well after 3 months in Louisville weather - we'll see if winter destroys it. Lock got stuck once but jarred it free after a couple minutes. I'd buy again.

On demand access is helpful. They say it is "designed for hassle-free sharing ... with even more spaces and features." Agreed and I like it. I like the 2 Modes of Access (PIN codes, a Bluetooth key). The storage space seems ample and secure. I like the design, construction, material, appearance, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new smart lock! It was super easy to install. From package open to full digital and physical set up, it took less than 20 minutes! I love all of the features like Bluetooth Pin Access, the two types of handles, and the wall mount option. The online user manual was very simple and straight forward to follow to get it set up in no time! I will mostly use this for my personal home, but I can see this being really nice in an Airbnb situation. You can unlock it remotely and the app lets you add new user pins.

And I have had a situation where me and my wife had left the keys and phones at home and got locked out. This is the best solution for such issues. Now I can get into my house easily with the help of this Igloohome smart keybox 3 in case I am locked out. I can also give access to my home being away from home and set the duration and also lock and unlock it. Very good concept to store keys and access cards. The app works great. It's very sturdy and made to last. Very secure. Great quality. I love that it works really well. One of my neighbors borrowed this from me for two days for house showing and he was very happy with the keybox.

I love that I can control this from my cell phone with the Igloohome app and allowed me to set my own pin. It only takes four triple A batteries and you only have to replaced those once a year. This is designed very nicely it comes with 2 shackles so you can interchange it from door to door and you can also mount it to the wall for easier access. The only think I would like to see improved is maybe it lighting up when I approach it. and that isn't a big issue as when u touch it it lights up bright. I would highly recommend the igloohome smart keybox 3 for anyone that may forget a house key or just needs that extra security.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this smart lock for our child who at times needs to let herself in our home. She is able to unlock the door with her own personal code or with an app on her phone. When the door is unlocked with the app, it sends a notification to the parent. If the batteries happen to die, the lock can be jumpstarted from your phone and with a usbc cable so that might be something to throw in your kiddos backpack. In the event you need to quickly allow someone in your home such as when we needed the neighbor to come in and let our dog out, a temporary pin can be assigned quickly and efficiently. This smart lock is great for vacation rentals because you can program temporary codes from anywhere in the world. It can also be linked to Airbnb. The lock has a sleek design and has worked perfectly despite the very frigid temperatures we have been experiencing.

It comes with two shackles- one for door knobs and one for handles- and mounting screws should you want to attach it to the wall. It also comes with a small screwdriver needed to open the battery compartment. It does not come with a quick set-up guide nor a user guide - you need to scan a QR code to get that info. It does not come with batteries nor the USB cable needed to “jump start” it should the batteries die. It needs a USB-A to USB-C cable. In my opinion this cable should have been included. I also wish it were easier to access the battery compartment screws nearest the hinge. It is very easy to change out the shackle. Anyone who opens the key box would be able to remove the shackle from the key box if they knew how. Unfortunately for me neither of the shackles fit my keyed door handle. The larger shackle needs to be tilted on my handle, which either makes the key box get in the way of closing the door or the door handle get in the way of opening or closing the key box. The thinner shackle just comes off. The key pad sounds seemed to bother my dog when I was setting it up. Fortunately you can set the sound level or turn it off under “Settings”. This does not impact the lock's alarm sounds. The box seems pretty roomy. There are three hooks and enough space for a key fob or a key card. When you touch the keypad it illuminates. When you touch a number it temporarily grays out and beeps. You need to hit the unlock icon at the end of the PIN sequence to unlock it. It seems that if you enter extraneous numbers at the start they just get ignored. An indicator light turns green when it is unlocked. You need an app and an account to set it up. There are nice options in the app. You can open the key box very easily using the app - just press the button. You can generate temporary PINs, recurring PINs, or create a Bluetooth key. The person using the Bluetooth key would need to install the app and create an account. There are also alerts for when people use the Bluetooth key. There is a history tab to view when you created PINs and Bluetooth key usage. If you sync with the lock you can also see which PINs were used. There are lots of configurable options too. I tried playing around by creating a one time PIN, a permanent PIN and a Bluetooth key. All worked as advertised without any issues. All in all this is a very nice product with thoughtful features.

The app allows you to change the dates for a certain keycode to work, how long it works, and how often. The choices are endless. I also love the fact if the battery dies it has a USB-C emergency charging port.

If you want security at your home, this is the way to go! Brilliant build quality,freesat functionality and easy to use. Can be used with Airbnb and automatically sends check in instructions as guests book is worth the investment with every booking! We have contractors at our house and this was so easy and simple to send them codes to get into our house.
