I've used this for a number of years, ever since I started having carpal tunnel. We had to punch and Acco all of our documents at my old job and this electric hole punch really helped. I recently moved to a new company, and they don't punch holes in their files. I ordered a new machine for my new job because I had to leave the old one at the old job before I knew I would not need it. I'm going to return it because I no longer need it, not because It doesn't work. It is well built and never gave me trouble for the 4 years that I used it.

1. I like the price 2. I believe it to be durable enough to handle the work load it stated in the description. 3. The attachment did not want to fit in the holes created to hold the paper, without forcing it and I didn't want to break them. 4. It worked the first day, however when I tried to use it the center hole punch didn't want to release the paper. 5. The next day when I used it, it wouldn't work, nor did the switch from changing it to a 3 hole to 2 hole setting. Tried using a different outlet, still didn't work. (wished it had) 6. Returned it the next day, was afraid to order another one.
This was a used item that I paid full price for. Upon opening and plugging it in, I noticed paper circles in discard tray and scratches. It will not punch holes as it does not work.
