Ordered for Black Friday since it was on sale, got the email later that evening with the download code. Went to the Marketplace to redeem, it worked without any issue. I have it downloaded on a Series X and have been playing Vanguard almost every night since I downloaded it.
Like code came like under 20 minutes
And cost way less at Walmart than at other vendors that have this edition in digital code form.
Don't buy this version as it won't launch on xbox s/x. Contacted Microsoft support and they said this was the xbox one version, and return is not eligible on Walmart.
Stated incorrectly. Will not let me play the correct version of the game as advertised.
This is the Xbox One version not the newer X|S version!! It is incorrectly labeled.
DO NOT BUY. I tried installing this for my son 3 times on his xbox X and received Error 0x803F8001 “Do you own this game or app?" when trying to launch the game. After XBox support help (they went above and beyond vs rude Walmart support) they said for me to request refund or dispute Walmart charge but ALSO told me this version is not the 4k X/S version even if it had worked.
Ordered digital by mistake. Tried to cancel immediately, but wouldn't let me. I ordered the correct ones right after, so now have 2 digital copies that I don't want or need. They were Christmas presents for my grandsons.
states xbox series x/s in title, yet it is only letting me install standard, non optimized version. cannot return either. be careful when purchasing
Buyer beware. This is the Xbox one version of the game! The title does not explain this. You would need to buy the $10 upgrade to get the series s and x enhancements.
