I am eating less meat due to these delicious entrees. The don't need refrigeration, packages are microwaveable, great for workday lunches, camping, and emergencies. Very tasty, very convenient, and very reasonably priced.

Tasty Bite Palaak Paneer is the best and tastiest packaged curry. Convenient, too!
I knew this particular meal might not hold up to taste and I wish I'd followed my instincts. Every other meal had been *great,* but from the texture to taste...this one is a hard no.
I love palak paneer (spinach w cheese cubes), but this brand is harsh: bitter, and sour. Sorry I ordered 4 of them. Do not recommend
Sometimes people are afraid to eat South Asian food because of the spice. But if “The Waltons”, playful puppies, oatmeal and Ovaltine are too spicy for you, this product is right up your street. It's plain spinach— no flavoring nor spices, with paneer. I've never eaten the like in all my life. And I won't again—unless I have to be polite at someone's house.
While the other items I have tried from Tasty Bite are only average & I stock them just for emergencies, this "Spinach & Paneer" has to be WORST Indian curry ever sold by anyone!! It had a nasty, bitter, chemical taste with no real flavor of the dish at all and the paneer pieces are such tiny cubes. I make this dish at home all the time and it is very easy to make & so am surprised at how bad this is. And, I had it the day I received it too & so it should have been fresh stock as well but didn't taste like it!
Lacks flavor and substance. Tastes like a bowl of soggy, unseasoned spinach. I would not buy this one again, even though I like the dish normally. This packaged version just is not good.
Had a strange smell when I heated two of the three packets I ordered. Pretty bland and watery. The paneer was very rubbery. Nothing like a Kashmiri spinach. (which I guess I should have thought about since it's a heat and eat packet). Leaves a plastic taste when you heat it in the packet (according to instructions on the back). Their other tandoori rice is good (compared to heat and eat standards). But id stay away from this specific product in the future.
The spinach tastes like the horrible spinach in cans! Yuk! So disappointing. Never again!
