This premium cookware is made to be both beautiful and tough with a coating that is 20x harder than conventional non-stick. The value and quality is great! I definitely recommend this product!

The non-stick feature actually works, and it even shows when it's been pre-heated with the middle symbol changing color. The sides are nice and tall which allows for larger meals to be prepared in it.

I also commend the manufacturer for putting an easily remove able sticker on the pan. I was initially irritated when I opened it but it came right off! I am very pleased with the pan and appreciate the tips to preserve and properly clean and care for it. I will be purchasing more T-Fal cookware in the future!

But the T-fal ceramic excellence pan is truly nonstick. It has an attractive gray ceramic coating and a stainless steel handle that would look great in any kitchen. If you are on the fence about trying a ceramic coated pan give this one a try.

The handle does not heat up and is stainless steel. Use wooden or silicon spatulas. With this wide pan, it can easily make 4 pancakes at a time. Uses less oil and cooks fast.

So when you find a good pan then that makes your life easier. I found myself a good one. The T-fal Ceramic Excellence Non-Stick 12 inch Frypan is an excellent frying pan. I use it to make omelets, grilled cheese, searing chicken and shrimp and fish even. The pan is wide enough so it has a large cooking surface area. The pan is made of excellent durable materials which you can immediately feel when you use it. Being ceramic, I don't have to worry about Teflon. Also it is easy to clean. The handle is sturdy and the pan conducts heat evenly. Love using this pan.
