i bought the contisports to replace the stock michelins on my acura tl-s. the new tires have comparable dry grip, better wet grip, slightly harsher ride with the offset of a bit better turn-in response, and they are very slightly more loud. i'm at the point now when the michelins would be getting low on tread, but the contis still have at least half of it's tread left.
Bought these tires in August '17 & can't say enough good things about them! Great handling in the rain. They don't corner as well as Pirelli Pzeroes & slightly noisier. Noise is not enough to complain about. Treadware is still better than my Pirelli Pzero. I drive normal mostly but occasionally aggressive.
I had the Contact 3 tires installed on my Esprit when unable to find the Dunlop Sport 9000's which came with the car. In summer and even in dry but cold situations the tires are excellent. I am unable to comment on treadlife and in fairness, have not been to the track. Haven't driven them in snow and don't intend to. This said, they complement a high performance sports car. Esprit Owner.
It worn out on less than 20000KM, which is around 12500 miles... I only went to race track once, been riding 13 miles on it. I don't drive aggressively all the time, and it just worn out on my Audi S4 for less than 12500 miles... going for Michelle PSS
Prior to my 15k maintenance I began experiencing vibrations at 65-75 mph. My dealer told me it is the tires and I should replace them in 5k. I will not buy these as I have to replace every 20k.
I both a 2013 mercedes e350 2 months ago and it was a disappointment i the tires all four tire blown out ..they buldge at the smallest pot holes..then blowned out..they are too solf..would not recommend to not even my enemies..
