I was really impressed with the shipping time on this product and very excited to recieve it way before expected delivery. I unfortunately openned the last box (lower head and foot boards) to find one of them cracked. The problem is that there was no obvious manufactorer information on the instruction manuel or the boxes. I didn't want to return the entire thing given the size. However, I am currently in the process of obtaining more info. from Wal-Mart.com customer service who have been exceptionally helpful. Overall , the bed is really nice. For the price I wasn't expecting such a nice looking piece.
