Was really surprised by how it tasted. Was expecting it to be terrible but it wasn't bad at all. People complained about that portion but I thought it was a normal size serving. Overall pretty good for a quick meal that isn't killing your on the calories.
I enjoy all of the Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers and the Sweet %26 Sour Chicken is a particular favorite.
We loved this version so much we ordered a dozen more and they are on sale 2.77. They form the basis for a great easy meal, a green small salad and refreshing beverage, you can't go wrong. Thanks Walmart for the sale price. Note: we liked the dish with a bit of strong brew soy sprinkled on. Don't leave the sauce in the bottom, use as dipping sauce. Green salad with ginger dressing. Again, great deal, great item, we'll have some nice dinners for a while : )
So great that you wouldn't know it came out of a microwave. I received this as a substitute for a different entrée in my online order. I was not optimistic, but after trying it, I discovered it's now my new favorite. I am really surprised that something with such delicious texture and taste is low in calories.
I like the extra large size soups, especially the Mushroom soup, which i add to slow cooked pork steaks...it makes yummy gravy over mashed potatoes.
tI have to say this is the best Sweet and Siur Chicken that I have ever bought in a frozen meal. The chicken was in good size meaty chucks, tender and lightly breaded. The sweet and sour sauce was delicious! This was as good as a restaurant meal.
It's a pretty good meal, nice sized and tastes good. But the sauce either needs more flavor or there's not enough sauce or both. When I stir the sauce in, it doesn't cover everything. I scraped EVERY bit of sauce from the bowl too.
I ordered 2 Healthy Choice Sweet and Sour Chicken dinners . I received 1 and the other Chicken pot pie. I have a food allergy to carrots so I have to give that meal to someone else . All I ask is be aware even if it's in that slot cause other customers may have set it there . Thank You great delivery service Thank You You can see close but not the same 😢
Ok got the taste I was going for. I would make my own now because of the spoiled smell/taste that came after warming but nothing I couldn't eat.
This is the nastiest stuff I've ever tasted. Picture shows pineapple but all there is only onion and some sort of pressed chicken
