I've tried a lot of hair volumizers and this is by far the best!
The product was ruined. It was not insulated at all, froze, and liquified. The hassle of returning a defective product is a waste of time when it unusable. I went to a UPS Walgreens and they do not print labels.
Although I wanted the original Guts 10 Volume Spray as pictured, I received an alternative spray. I want the original as it works fantastically.
