This is my Third MacBook! And I have found them all to be standard in terms of user-friendliness, super easy to navigate, and generally simple to troubleshoot. This MacBook is impressively fast, and has way more storage capacity, so I don't need to worry about large files or applications taking up all my space.
I haven't had any problems with it. Took a little while to get used to the new flatter keyboard, and one of the things I'm not ecstatic about is that it does make quite a bit of noise when typing. It also has an amazing battery life.
Things I liked One it works when plugged in Thing I dislike it needs a new battery, and the screws on the back are stripped In my eyes, I do not see it as refurbished since it needs a new battery
If I had another charger I may could enjoy it a little better
Did not come packaged safely for a computer. Said new. Not so much. Thought I was buying a new computer did not want to risk the banging around if the package. I a box with no stuffing.
The item/product did not work at all. I knew the description said refurbished but the seller should really have tested, check, re-checked the item before selling. The laptop did not work at all. The overall quality was poor.
Although the computer was supposedly brand new, it did not come in Apple packaging. As soon as the computer was turned on, it had a detrimental error. We tried to fix by the three ways that it said online it was unfixable. We had to return the computer and weeks later. Still haven't gotten our refund.
I dislike the fact it didn't clearly state that it was a used computer being sold. It made as if I was purchasing a new product. It would be nice if it indicated that what I was buying was refurbished.
iPad worked for 3 months and then wouldn't charge anymore. I tried other chargers and nothing. Contacted seller and they said my 60 day warranty is expired. Complete waste of money! I will never buy refurbished again and especially from this seller.
Mouse came broken. Scratches all over the laptop, dents all over the sides. The laptop was thrown in a large shipping box with no protection or padding.
