This water dispenser is very good. Easy to assemble. I can have both cold and hot water all the time.
It was a purchase I was happy to make! I purchased this because I was tired of buying the one time, one gallon jugs and water bottles. It’s very wasteful and I don’t want to take up all my fridge space with water. I decided to finally buy this water dispenser and it has treated me with cold water instantly and piping hot water for soups and hot cocoa. Set up was simple as plugging it in and flipping a few switches. Naturally putting the jug on top is intimidating at first but a confident lift and turn and you’re good to go! Glad I purchased this product because it reminds me to stay hydrated all day
I Love this Water Cooler. It is small enough to fit in my space and big enough for our family. It definitely SAVED me some MONEY!!! Before, I used a water company to deliver water and I used their Cooler. Now I have my own, and don't have to wait for a delivery.
As far as I'm concerned, this is one of the best thing I bought this year. Hot and cold perfect temperature.

Cold water is the perfect temperature. Nice hot water. Plenty of room on the tray for a large glass. Quiet motor. Sturdy. Easy to clean.
This is a great water machine. Give off good temperature water. One thing I wish it had a light on the top facing down so you can see the water coming up. Other then that I’m very happy.
Nice and clean lil water dispenser! Has a hot and cold switch in back so you can decide if you want to have it dispense hot and cold or just hot or just cold or neither! I use the 3gallon but holds up to 5gal. The only thing you need to make sure of is you get the special caps for the bottles bc they don't come with them. They need to be those silicone/rubber caps with the hole in the middle- I found a 5pk at Amazon for like $5. But when you get your bottles you cannot just flip it over and put it on the dispenser like the others. You HAVE to have those special rubber caps for the bottles. I didn't know that so I had to wait another couple days for mine to deliver. So hopefully this will save someone the slight annoyance of that. Order the caps at the same time as the dispenser! 😁 otherwise, it's a nice lil dispenser for $100! Bought the extended warranty too. Just in case. 🤷♀️ All in all - I give it a 4 1/2 stars.
Just bought this water dispenser, took it out of the box and the dispenser is damaged in two places, hooked it up and added water jug and about 5 minutes later we heard water pouring right through it, right onto my carpet! I recommend staying away from this dispenser!
