I was super excited to buy and use this drone! The flight was super smooth and easy for me to pick up despite having little prior knowledge. The battery life is decent for the drone's price. The product description says that the drone has a 28 minute flight time, though I have not personally tested its limit. The best feature of this drone is the First Person View that the drone provides. It's super fun and exciting seeing the drone's POV in real time. The viewing goggles are pretty nice and remind me of a VR headset experience. The FPV image quality was clear but definitely could be better, but the rest of the drone's features definitely makes up for this little gripe. The carrying case makes the drone very easy to carry around without fear of damage. The box also comes with replacement blades in case you need to swap them out.
This drone was easy to set up and use. My kids love the headset when my husband is flying it out. The picture quality is crisp and clear and great for scenic views! Plus I love being able to check my garden without walking over there early in the morning :)
Was looking for a budget friendly drone as my husband recently finished his photography course. It fits into it perfectly. Easy to use, instructions were given precisely. I used it to check out my house from top view, works brilliant. It also comes with GPS, impressive .
The instructions are easy to follow, so we got this flying right away - even my 6-year-old was able to fly it. The accompanying goggles are a fun addition. We haven't figured out a way to angle the camera, but there is a mode to follow any subject on the ground. Overall, this is a good quality drone with good photo/video quality for the price. It comes in a nice carrying case, and makes a great gift.
This seems like a very good drone for beginners. I had previously purchased another drone made by another company and crashed it on my first flight, busting the thing into smithereens. I have about 1 1/2 hours of flying experience with drone now and things are going much better. The drone is fairly easy to control and have some interesting features. It can fly up to 120 m high – I was able to test this and can confirm.
The drone works as advertised. The return to home feature is great. The battery life is also great. For under 200.00 what more could you ask for?
As a new drone user, I have found this incredibly easy to learn! It set up easily, we had no issues charging (or maintaining the charge for the duration it claims), and the goggles connected right away! The goggles almost make you feel like you're ON the drone! We have had a blast flying this around the pond and through the field behind our house.
This drone is very easy to use, so much so that even my 9 year old was able to fly it. I bought this for my husband who likes to fly RC planes and drones as a hobby, and also for work. This is the first FPV drone we have had the chance to try and I think it was pretty cool to experience. It is far superior to trying to follow the drone camera on a phone screen. We have an oculus headset, so the FPV environment was familiar. People who have not had this experience yet, may find it a bit disorienting at first. The FPV image was a little low resolution, but acceptable and was most importantly smooth. There is a built in gps, which enables us to return the drone to a home position if the person wearing the goggles ever gets disoriented as to where it is. That wasn't problematic with a second viewer to help guide direction, but it is a nice feature to have when you're done flying and want to land at a common point. We had fun with the feature that allows the drone to circle around a point of interest to better check it out. One final note, we didn't calibrate the magnetometer before the first flight and I would recommend doing so as it can cause a bit of drift in hovering if you do not. Overall, a good quality drone at this price point. I would say that it is beginner friendly.
I bought this for my husband. He's been wanting to learn how to fly a drone. It has really nice video and it's not complicated to figure out how to fly. It lasts quite a long time up in the air. I'm impressed with his ability and he loves it. It costs a little more, but for the features, it's a good value. I would definitely buy for my son once he gets old enough to learn.
This was so fun! When I ordered I couldn't wait to get it in. Well worth the wait. It was easy to get started. Favorite features are the goggles and the fact that it has GPS!! My kids were fighting over who would play with it next!! Highly recommended😎
