had to switch from white to brown rice due to my diabetes. didn't notice a difference and a healthier choice.
I usually buy minute rice. Had my kids pick out the rice and this is what they grabbed. Worked great just took a little more time to fix but that was to be expected. Id say it is a great product for the price.
It's less expensive and has the same good nutritional value of other brown rice.

Cooks like the more expensive brands. Works great in the rice cooker.
When cooking this rice on stovetop, I double the amount of water and bring to a boil for 5 min then then I turn down the heat to low and let cook for another 20 min. Rice comes out fluffy.
I've gone through for bags of this rice. Every time I cook with it I crack my teeth and unhulled rice grains. Since it's been a consistent problem with all the bags I've bought I'm finally giving up on this brand of rice.
Didn't like the rice. I always love brown rice over white. After cooking the rice they seem still uncooked. I followed all the instructions to cook it but they turned out bad. Never gonna order great value rice
It was two packages of 32oz, instead I will get 2 packages of 16oz. Thus, the shopper should have bought the equivalent amount = 4 packages. This does not make sense.
I have bought this rice several times since the pandemic and I have loved it. It is a great price and the rice rinses clean very easily and tastes good. But this time was different. I read the reviews talking about pantry moth larvae and when my shipment arrived, there was larva on the outside of the bag of rice, larva in the shipment box and what looked like larva stick in between the bag. It was pretty nasty. Walmart was and is always EXCELLENT. They refunded me quickly without any hesitation. I will always continue to shop online at Walmart...as long as their customer service is as good as it is. But I will not buy this brand anymore
