I love the display showing the speeds, the brakes, and the wheels the only thing I dislike about it is that the battery goes down pretty quickly but overall I give it 5 stars.
Ordered as christmas gifts for my boys so they haven't been opened yet. Shipped quickly in nice boxes.(does have a huge pic of the scooter on both sides so kind of hard to hide) warranty was way better than similarly priced ones too.
I bought this because I got tired of renting scooters downtown started costing to much I wanted one that was pretty much equal to the ones you rent as far as speed, battery life and so on. this one is that and more rides for about an hour or longer the best part about it is that it folds in half so it fits in a trunk or back seat without issue I just wish it had a battery that was removable so I could have one charged while I charger the other one takes about 3 hours to charge when dead
Bought this for my 11-yr old son to commute 1.5 miles to school because it has enough power to be fast (but not too fast) plus pneumatic tires to manage bumps. He really enjoys it and it has enough power to be fun for me at 190lbs. We've had it for just under 3 months and he rides it ~3 days/wk.
This is a great purchase for the price. It is well built quality scooter . Completely pleased with the scooter. So pleased we bought 3 of them!
I have had this scooter for a short time but already LOVE it! I have a compact Crossover style EV vehicle and I was searching high and low for a scooter with smaller dimensions that would fit in the back without folding seats over… My use case is to park my EV at free charging stations and scoot the short distance to/from… I already had a Segway E45 before getting my EV but it won't fit without folding seats down and I don't want to regularly do that… As seen in picture this scooter fits perfectly and is relatively light weight… I had the KQi3 Pro before and returned it because of how heavy and bulky it was… This KQi1 Pro feels way more practical. Ride quality is excellent. Way more comfortable than the Segway E45… The Air Filled tires on this make a difference…. ALSO… ODDLY ENOUGH… The one I got has a speedometer…. Every video I've seen shows color bars only to indicate speed… Hmm I will take it :) I completely recommend this… It is hard to find a scooter with these small dimensions… Yet it does NOT feel like a kid scooter as some had suggested!
This scooter is awesome. I would rent Lime scooters all the time to get around because it was easier then driving my car in my area . ive saved so much money already and this scooter is great. fast , reliable and easy to use. great scooter for a downtown area with lots of traffic i get to my Destination so much quick on the scooter.
I have a Gotrax Rival scooter and recently bought a NIU scooter because the gotrax has e2 error and I am waiting for a part from them for last 1 month.The KQI1 pro is leagues ahead of any electric scooter at the price point.It is definitely an entry level scooter yet it is so premium and refined that it puts other brand of scooter to shame.My best purchase of the year.Definitely recommend KQI to everyone who is looking for a well built , premium and affordable scooter.

Ordered 2 recieved 1 and the Package/Scooter was damaged. Will order from Amazon next time. Still trying to figure out why they never shipped the 2nd one I paid for.
