Have a 1500 sq.ft. house with two people and two non shedding fur babies. First, I am a very meticulous house keeper! I notice my old vacuum just was not doing the job. I set out and comparing what was available. Now I have a Bissell pet carpet cleaner, so I was pretty sure what I wanted. I ordered this and to my amazement it is wonderful. I am also just a little embarrassed to send the photos for you to see, but this is what I got with a quick run over my floors (carpet and tile) the first time. The second pic is a slow meticulous run the next day and it had even less the 3rd. time. I am 100% sold and sure I made the right choice. Thank you for a GREAT product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it twice so far. It was easy to put together and it's easy to use. It sucked up an enormous amount of dirt/dust on the first go. It's light for doing the stairs too. I'm not crazy about the hose attachment. There isn't a great attachment spot for the end of the hose. You kind of push it on and it's not easy to get off when you need to use it.

Initial thoughts are, like the lightweight, like the suction and the brushes. Disliked the handle - it is open on the back and underneath, making it uncomfortable and adding to the utilitarian appearance. It picked up hair extremely well after my son's haircut. The attachment hose is short, fully 24" shorter than on my old vacuum. This led to my son picking it up and setting it on my recliner so he could clean the cat tree. Then we made a new and exciting discovery - unlike our old vacuum, the main brush does NOT stop spinning when the unit is locked in its upright position. The seat of my chair is now ruined, with holes burned into it. Aside from those two significant issues, short hose, main brush always spins, we like this product. #sweepstakes

The belt track and belt drive shaft get plugged with hair and debris after less than 10 min of use. This causes the belts to wear out prematurely. We vacuum 2-3 times per week. I changed the belt, vacuumed the upstairs of our home, and then when I started downstairs I could hear the telltale sound of the belt wearing. Took it apart and the chase where the belt runs and the shaft were plugged with hair and debris.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Powerful suction. Cons: Makes a screeching loud noise. Poor design (must have been designed by someone who doesn't vacuum). The worse thing is having to stick my hand into the dirt tank to remove the cyclone filter, YUCK!. The cord is above the on/off switch, making it difficult to turn the machine on/off with my foot. I have to bend down to get the cord out of the way to access the red power button, annoying (the previous model had the cord on the side). The dirt tank sits too close to the swivel motor, doesn't allow room to fit under any furniture or chairs. The power cord, hose & tools are too short. I prefer the old design, I wish it was available. Oh, and it tips over when using the hose.
