I wish you could just hit whichever number you want to set the timer (e.g., hitting the number two starts a two minute timer). There is a button to add 30 seconds which is nice but I would have preferred the numbers to be more functional.

I had white appliances that came with the house when I bought it several years ago but wanted to update with stainless steel appliances. I would definitely recommend this microwave and Whirlpool is an excellent brand.

I could take a frozen entree and press start. The micro wave would automatically defrost and cook the food to the right temp. I can do that with this oven by looking at the menu in the door. Now I like the simpler features of this oven.

I love anything stainless steel and this microwave compliments my other kitchen appliances well. It heats contents quickly and is pretty powerful. It has a ton of different cook/heat options and the turntable ensure your food is cooked evenly. I only gave it a 4 star because the cooktop underneath light has already blown out and I didn't use it that often maybe a few hours throughout the week, I also found it's not easy to find a replacement bulb and the website or instructions don't make it easy to find that info.

It looks like the plastic is rubbing on the top. Not well constructed and little thought gone into how people use the microwave. BUT it does work. Just doesn't have all the features of mose microwaves at that price
I received this order and it was significantly dented on two sides. I requested a return and have been given over a week's worth of emails with no resolution. It's now over four weeks and still have a dented microwave.
