I wasn't sure what to think when I first received this to try. The directions are very clear and the end product is actually very tasty. The sodium content is a little high for me, but that is to be expected with something like this. I would buy this product again as it was a quick and easy breakfast solution that tasted good. Maybe not the healthiest, but I'd venture to say it's better than fast food which would be my other alternative. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Just tried for the first time this week. Best breakfast in a cup....love this!!
I LOVE this! I bought it for a quick breakfast before work, and it is so simple! You dump in the eggs, cook it for 45 seconds, then dump the package of cheese and bacon, and cook for another 40 seconds. It's quick, and DELICIOUS! My whole life I've never really eaten breakfast because I'm always out the door in a rush but even if I'm in a rush I have this to take with me and it's not a mess at all! Great product, I will keep these on hand for sure!
When you're a mom of three who is always on the go, this is a must have! Super simple and easy. Just toss it in the microwave for a min or so and it's done. Great taste and fulfilling!
This was delicious. I was skeptical about microwaving eggs, but they came out perfect. Only 2 net carbs and 24 grams of protein. Really good breakfast.
Wary it wouldn't live up to the "Jimmy Dean" Quality. Neva sooo glad to be wrong. Living with Arthritis, and Neuropathy; I found my "GO TO" Scrumptious, Easy to prepare Breakfast. Brings back, Momma Cooking us a Hearty Breakfast, before heading out for the day. I found it fast & Easy, pour eggs n none stick Skillet, add the bacon & Cheese. I'm impressed! Super quick and easy product! Cooks in less than 2 minutes and its enough for me and my 2 year old to split. No pans needed! The ratio of meat and cheese to egg is perfect. And it tastes great! My only complaint is that I hate chewy fatty bacon and found myself spitting out a few bites.
These were great until about a year ago. Now the bacon is just chewy fat bits and less actual meat. I'm done buying this product for this reason alone.
I didn't even get to eat my first one as my eggs were not sealed and spilled all in the cup I wasn't sure if that was normal so I had to look up reviews and make sure but I'm sad I can't consume this as I'm not even sure if it's safe to eat! :( I love jimmy dean products but very unimpressed because if the two I bought were like this I guess it may be a common thing with these? I'm willing to try other jimmy dean products but this one was a let down :(
