I ordered this to have for backup. I saw that it went on sale and chose to have one on hand. I have had my Maker for a yaer and use it weekly and don't need it yet. I do clean my blade often.

I was disappointed that 2 of my brand new blades chewed the paper!! The 3rd one I opened did just fine...not sure how to get the 2 that didn't work well replaced.

Great to keep a spare on hand , so i can keep on trimming as needed. After a project, i like to trim all left overs to useable scraps.
These cut very well and area great replacement blade. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think there should be some instructions on how to replace the blade and how to get them in and out of the storage area on the back of the trimmer. My first time using these and I had to google/watch a video on how to install and store them.
I love the paper trimmer but I feel like the blades get dull very quickly. I know it's just what it is with this style of paper trimmer so I only buy them when they are on sale and I stock up.
Unfortunately these were the wrong blades and they don't fit my cutter. I must have an older paper trimmer.
I've had the cutter for a couple of years now and just needed to change the blade recently. I bought a set of these refill blades and within a week the blade was dull and tearing the edges of the paper. I went nearly two years on the blade that came with the cutter and can't even go a week with these refills.
I have two of the older green trimmers. One is missing the whole cutting blade and top after our move. I have the complete part to cut with on the other one but the new blades do not fit in the housing. I wish I could buy the complete part so I could have two working trimmers.
