This item arrived with a broken piece. It happens!! I contacted customer service and they shipped the replacement item the same day.Great. The dresser went together easily and looks great. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I did so much research online and settled on this dresser. I am very pleased with my purchase. Made in the USA, great instructions, and everything fit together very well. I would say the only drawback is that it needs to be put together with some finesse in order to get everything screwed together but not stripped/overtightened. Composite wood is not what it used to be, and it is made much better than in the past. I bought this item on sale, and I feel like Ive got the best deal on the Internet for the quality of the product.
Love the look of it - is a tad flawed when building (drawers don't perfectly line up and they have to be shoved in and yanked out - hoping some grease will fix), but overall I think worth it for the price. I changed the hardware which made it look better in my opinion.
Beautiful look overall, and pretty stout, but was difficult assembling it. Overall, I would recommend, but be ready for a project.
Really nice, but assembly was a nightmare! Arrived in an extremely heavy box!
For the price, I was expecting more. My husband is a builder and was laughing at the poor clarity of the instructions. He figured it all out, but the end product has holes that were drilled uneven/crooked so the drawers are all cocked in different directions. Further, the photos online depict a different color than how this looks in reality.
Save your time and money. First of all, I put specific instructions for them to deliever it to my apartment door past the elevator and they didnt. I paid $80 for someone hired by the Walmart Angi service to come and put it together. It took him 7 hours to put it together and STILL the dresser is not functional. One of the top left drawers cant be placed into its spot. He couldnt figure out why after 1 hr of trying to figure out what was wrong, perhaps a manufactor issue. But now the whole left side of the dresser is not functionable because all the drawers must be closed first and the top left wont.....i am so frsutrated and have had trouble getting anyone from walmart to reply to me. I have never spent so much money and time on a piece of junk.
I received this product and opened it up to find many boards broken or chipped. I was really hoping the previous reviews were wrong and it is a pain to go through getting replacements.
Poor quality and very difficult to assemble. This part broke during assembly.
