[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always struggled with what to do about a fairly large gap between the bottom of my bedroom door and the floor. The cold air would seep in from the hallway which we would keep on low thermostat temperature during the winter. I didn't like what I saw on the market mostly because of the look until I ran into this product. The plush velvety casing is stylish and I love the look. I also liked how the product can be adjusted to exactly the length you need. Interesting enough, it also helped with some noise reduction - an unexpected bonus.
Very easy to use! As a single woman, I am always looking for products that I can assemble and use without having to call a handyman to install. I am convinced that these saved me at least $50 this month on my heating bill! I am not looking to buy these for all of my doors. Thanks for making such an affordable and effective product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Duck Double Draft Seal could not be easier to use. I installed this on my interior, metal deck door. After having -15 degree weather a few weeks ago, I was tired of feeling the cold come in. The utility bills really add up. I decided to also use this on my dining room windows. It's amazing how much of a difference the tight seal makes. The install was a snap. I just needed scissors.
I saw this in a grocery store, took a minute to read the info and bought it. Once I was at home, it was easy to install and it really seal that gap between floor and door. I feel it will really stop drafts and insects from coming inside my home

We have been using heaters and these have helped keep the room warmer without the heat getting out under the door. I also put at our garage and back door due to the cold coming in and it's helped keep the cold out. We love and recommend.

Our home is older and still has original windows, which are drafty and let so much cold air in in the winter and hotter air in in the summer. We had a big snow storm and temperatures dropped to wind chills 15 below zero! I was so thankful to have the window and door seals! I used one under our front door and the other under our bathroom window. What a difference it made. It's so simple to install and is washable so you can reuse them over and over. When we used it under the front door we could use the elastic strap to keep the seal in place. It kept the very cold air out of our home and the heat Inside.

The foam can be cut to size very easily and the whole thing affixed to both sides of the door or window without causing any damage. If you need to move on, it can simply be picked up and taken with you. It is surprising how much heat is lost due to poor insulation during the winter months, and this is an economical yet effective way of solving the problem. The fabric covers are washable which is a plus in my opinion. They will become full of dust and debris over the months and it is essential that they are washable. The value pack that I have contains 8 foam tubes, 4 plastic connectors, and 2 fabric covers. This is sufficient for 2 doors or windows. I certainly will be investing in more of these as well as investing in other energy-saving items in this range.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This draft seal has been a godsend this winter. My granddaughter and I spend a lot of time in our family room. This winter we both started feeling a cold draft blowing across our lower legs. Even with our fireplace burning, we just could not stay warm. About 3 or 4 weeks ago my husband put this Duck brand door seal on our exterior family room door and I can't believe what a difference it has made. The difference is like night and day. I can't believe how much warmer the room is now. It has a band on both ends that holds it securely in place so there is no issue when opening and closing the door. Great product!
Pieces went together easily. Slipped under door and attached with elastic as directed. Then when I either open or close the door it just slides under door and comes off. does not close WITH the door. does not OPEN with door just slides off. Waste of money. Better to just roll up a towel and lay on floor.
I purchased several Weathering products last winter. I was happy with all except this one. It would not stay on. Every time I would open the door it would fall off so after a while I just stopped using it. I tried it on carpet and hard flooring but no matter how clean the floor was it would not stay on.
