[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving the fridge so far. it was a little confusing to set up and i had to download app, but other the that its been great. my only complaint is sometimes things will fall behind the freezer and they are so hard to get back out you have to remove the drawers to get to whatever it is .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator! It is very spacious and the size of the shelves are adjusted perfectly. The middle shelf opens and works great for long wine bottles. I had a Samsung side by side and it was great, but I like being able to fit sizable leftovers on the shelves and not have to break them down into small portions. I never wanted anything but the ice maker on the door for convenience but I love the containers in the lower freezer compartment. I use them everyday with the included scoop. Faster and easier and with the 4 different types of ice. Crushed to cool of homemade iced tea. Large cubes for big cups and the little cubes for the kids. Love love love it. Very glad I purchased and gave my old Samsung to a friend and he loves that one too.

I was forever complaining about how little storage it had. Definitely not the case with this fridge it has alot of storage space for all my drinks vegetables, and meats. The best feature I personally love is the three style ice it makes. I can even controll it via Bluetooth with my smart things app.it allows me to see it in my home eco system, which is a plus because I tend to forget ti close the frigarator door. It quickly send my a message through my smart device's saying I left the frigarator open. How awsome is that! This is Great buy guys your not going to regret this purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator right before July 2024 and it is doing an awesome job at keeping everything nice and cold inside and keeping all our frozen foods nice and frozen. The ice cube options are great and keeps up to our needs with no issues. We also enjoy the cold water that comes out each time we go for water.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to buy my Samsung in a hurry because the GE refrigerator that came with the house went bad quickly. Overall it is well built with quality worthy of a first rate manufacturer. Positive points are its large capacity in the box that fits into the space of my old 27 Cu ft model, glass shelves and three ice configurations. In the few weeks I've owned it, it's held its interior temperature consistently in both the freezer and refrigerator sections. This box runs very quietly, so much so, that I've checked the handy cell phone app Samsung provides to make sure it's still running. By the way, the app is a great way to manage the temps and ice production both in the door dispenser and bulk ice in the freezer. I would have given this product 5 stars except for the lack of adjustability of the shelves. Adequate storage of tall bottles and milk cartons is on the skimpy side, so much so that I purchased a shelving unit enabling horizontal storage of those items much like wine bottles. This might have been mitigated with more shelving adjustments as I mentioned previously. With the exception of that one large negative, the box is a well finished and capable appliance. Compared to boxes with the same features and even less cubic feet, the Samsung was very attractively priced, some boxes running hundreds of dollars more. Also the warranty covers a longer period of time than almost all competitors. If you can live with the few adjustability problems, I would recommend this product as an all around good purchase.

Love the 4 separate types of Ice and the integration with the Samsung App. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the open door alert which is great as a reminder but can get annoying.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spacious! Extra storage under the door that took me a few days to see. Lol. But kind of bummed that magnets don't stick on the doors since I collect them from places we visit. Picture attached is about half of what we have. But was able to have them on the side. Easily dents and scratches so have to be extra careful. My wedding ring got stuck between door and handle and made a small dent the first day of using it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in March and July it quit cooling, took 18 days to get it repaired which has lasted 12 days. I am currently waiting to hear when my new refrigerator will be delivered. I really don't think they care if I am satisfied or not.
Unhappy with the design of the shelf above the fruit and vegetable drawer. You can not separate the glass to clean it. Other models from Samsung have tabs in the back to allow the glass to be removed but this model does not. Major issue for harboring mold growth with no real solution to clean it.
