[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using a Lenovo product. I had been using a Dell until now. It's been about a month since I started using it, and I haven't had any trouble, which is expected. I can't say yet how long it will continue to work perfectly, which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5.
Lenovo sent me five machines on Linux instead of windows. I was rather upset. However, Zachary Pierce from sales gave me a call after they were on their way back for a return and he turned it right around selling me 5 proper machines, and I'm not an easy person to please. It speaks volumes to what someone does after an error and this was a success of sales.
