We bought the plunge for our grandson first birthday party. It was the best buy we did. Everyone had so much fun, little ones and older kids. We are so happy with this product and it's big! Everyone thought we rented the unit. That's how great it is!
Although I thought I would be disappointed with the slide and pool as it seemed fairly simplistic compared to other slides offered, this item was a huge hit for my granddaughter's birthday party. Everyone, including adults had a blast, and taking down the slide was actually quite easy but time consuming. I would recommend this slide and pool to anyone.
The grandchildren love this pool! The steeper slide is fast & fun, and the pool area is larger & deeper. The pool seems to be made well & shipping was quick. We're all happy here!
great fun however you only get one year of use as it dry rots no mater how you care for it. Also the web site says the slide is 12 feet high and it's really 9.9 feet high. This slide was bought for a friend but I have owned 2 of them in the past.
Was going to rent a water slide for my 4 yr old's birthday party, but for the price I decided to buy this to have throughout the summer and hopefully a few more to come. This was great at the party had ages 2 thru 11 playing on it, and they had a blast. I would say its pretty good quality also. And it actually fit back into the bag it came in shockingly. Overall, good product. I have to admit, it was even able to hold me, 140 lb, it was fun too.
I bought this for my 2 year old and while I was a little worried it would be too high for her, she actually jumped right on and flew down!! I had it up at her birthday party and everyone from 2 to 10 really enjoyed it. Great purchase that I can see lasting us many years :)
we've had this going on 4 years now and we are just now needing to get a new one. 2 down falls #1 you have to get out of the pool to go up the steps for the slide causing grass to get into the pool #2 which is probably a downfall for all inflatable slide/pools is the drying time it takes forever to dry completely. other than that this is perfect; if you need a break from sliding there is a decent size pool to play in
love the slide so far, it does take time to dry out.. but keeping a tarp under it does help with the ground.. Seems durable enough. hopefully it will hold up when I have my summer party and have 30 or more people on it. I'd say for the money it's a great product and if I get a summer's worth of fun out of it, better than renting one for a day. Have Fun! ps.. even the big people are having fun using it.. I enjoy the laugh and happiness of it.
My grandkids have been using the water slide for about a week now. Ages 7, 9, & 11. They were thrilled that I brought it and they have been enjoying it very much. One grandchild mentioned he wished the slide was taller and longer. I checked other water slides on-line and found Walmart's price to be the lowest. The only drawback we have found was directly the large amount of remaining water in the pool when it is turned off. We purchased a water pump along with water tubing to direct the water to other planters in the yard. We don't have grass in the area where the pool was set up.
We love this pool / slide! We have 3 kids from 6 to 12 and they all love it. Sets up in minutes. Constructed very well looks like it will last. We put it up 4 times so far and the only gripe I have is getting it dried out when your done with it. You have to deflate to let water escape the pool making sure the water drains from under the slide, then we push and lift up on on the slide until all the water comes out from under slide through weep holes (takes a while). Then we let it stay blown up for at least and hour to dry out in the sun the rest of the way. If you keep the air release tied off after you shut it off you can even flip it over to dry the bottom while partially inflated. WE USE A PLASTIC TARP UNDER IT TO KEEP THE GRASS FROM STICKING TO EVERYTHING. MAKES IT A LOT EASIER TO CLEAN UP AND PROTECTS ITS FROM GROUND.
